Like gears in a gear box

My cousin's working up in Rivers Inlet at the Brunswick Cannery. He says it's good there – that “Everyone gets along like gears in a gear box!” Not as big as the canneries are here, but there are about 100 sailboats that sail out of Brunswick. And he's thinking about getting a boat and doing some fishing. Maybe he'd need my help. I might make more money fishing than canning!
