Who will I hire to work in the cannery?

Who will I hire to work in the cannery? I have fish to can - but no workers to do the canning. With so many men gone - off to war, sent to internment camps, out fishing...

I know! I'll need to hire more women. They are the only ones here to help!

They can wash the fish, inspect the fish, even supervise. I suppose that their children may need to come to the cannery - then they can watch them.

That's okay with me - as long as the work gets done at a reasonable price.
