How will I start again with no boat?

There is now a fishing boat Disposal Committee.

All our Japanese boats will be sold to the white people and to the Indian people.

My boat is only a few years old - and I'll get only $1,300.00 for it?!?!

It's worth much more than that. How will I start again with no boat?
