Chinese community growing in Steveston

Our Chinese community is growing here in Steveston. I need to find more ways to stay in business after the fishing season.

What if I looked into farming? I could grow cucumbers and make them into dill pickles. Then send them back east on the train - the train track is near the store... We'd just load up the boxcars with produce from BC. Dill pickles, definitely. Maybe canned beans too - they're easy to grow.

It's very important that I try to help support the Chinese community here in Canada.
