I can't believe it! It's so exciting!

I can't believe it! It's so exciting! There is going to be a court held in the cannery net loft!

The police arrested some Chinese men for smoking opium (of course they probably were doing that cuz I seen them smoking lots of times before). There's no jail - so Father says that they'll get a fine and let go again.

If that's what will happen... why are they bothering to arrest them at all?
