Maybe I should listen to him...

Talked to Thomas today. He invited me to come on his next trip to the States. I said I'm no fisherman. Then he says “Rum is easier to carry than herring; it doesn't move around.”

I told him I would think about it. I've been on boats before – and I learned how to swim. Maybe I should listen to him...

He certainly seems to have some money these days... and I'd like more money myself, that's the truth.
